Terms of Use

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms cover your use of getbrightweb.com, run by BrightWeb Solutions, a web design business operated by Yoseph Bagighni in Buford, Georgia ("BrightWeb", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Our iPhone apps have their own terms, linked from each app's page.

Quotes and projects

  • Information on this site, including plan descriptions and timelines, is a general description of our services, not an offer. Timelines like "live in about 3 days" depend on getting your details, photos and approvals on time.
  • A quote is an estimate until we both agree to the project in writing (a text or email agreement counts). That written agreement, including its price, scope, payment schedule and number of change rounds, controls if it differs from this site.
  • Unless the written agreement says otherwise, projects start with a 50% deposit and the rest is due when you approve the finished site.
  • You're responsible for having the rights to the photos, logos and text you give us to use.

Example sites

The sites on our Examples page are concept demos for fictional businesses. Names, phone numbers, prices and reviews on them are made up for illustration, and any resemblance to a real business is unintended.

Using this site

Please don't misuse the site: no spam or automated form submissions, no attempts to break or overload it, and no sending content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.

Our content

The design, text, graphics and code of this site belong to BrightWeb or are used with permission. You may share links to it, but please don't copy it to present as your own. Websites we build for clients are covered by each client's project agreement.

Links

The site links to outside services such as the App Store, Instagram and LinkedIn. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BrightWeb isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
