How much does a website cost?
Every site is quoted up front for your business, usually the same day we talk. You pay 50% to start and the rest only when you approve the finished site. No surprise invoices.
How long does it take?
A Launch site goes live in about 3 days. Growth and Signature sites, with more pages, take about 5 days from our first call. The clock starts once I have your details and photos.
What do I need to give you?
A 20-minute call about your services, hours and what makes you different, plus any photos of your work you can text me. On the Signature plan I write every word for you.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your domain, your files and your accounts are in your name. There's no lock-in: if you ever want to move, you take everything with you.
Who handles hosting and changes after launch?
You can join the Care Plan, monthly and cancel anytime. It covers hosting, security, daily backups and up to 30 minutes of changes a month. To change prices, hours or photos, you just text me, and I reply within 24 hours.
Will my site show up on Google?
Every site is written for local searches, loads fast on a weak signal and links to your Google Business Profile. That's the groundwork Google looks for. Nobody can honestly promise you the #1 spot, so be careful with anyone who does.
Can you redo my current website?
Yes. Your old site stays up while I build the new one, then we switch it over on your existing domain once you approve. Not sure what's wrong with yours? Ask for a free website score first.
I don't have a domain name yet. Is that a problem?
Not at all. I'll help you pick one and register it in your name, so you always own it directly.
Can customers book or pay on the site?
Yes. Growth and Signature connect your online booking right into the site. If you already use a booking or payment tool, I'll wire it in; if you don't, I'll help you pick a simple one.
What if I don't like it?
On day 2 you get a private preview link on your phone and text me what to change. Every plan includes rounds of changes (1 on Launch, 2 on Growth, 3 on Signature), and you don't pay the second half until you approve the site.
Do we meet in person?
I work by phone, text and video, so you don't have to leave the shop or the job site, and it's a big part of how sites go live in days instead of weeks.
What areas do you serve?
