This policy covers the website getbrightweb.com, run by BrightWeb Solutions, a web design business operated by Yoseph Bagighni in Buford, Georgia ("BrightWeb", "we", "us"). Our iPhone apps have their own privacy policies, linked from each app's page; this one does not change them.
The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to answer you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Quote requests. Your name, business name, phone number or email, how you'd like us to reply, what you need, budget range, timeline, any message you write, and the page you sent it from.
- Free website score requests. Your website or business name, your phone number or email, and the plan you're interested in.
- Texts, calls and messages you send us, for example by text to (470) 206-8267.
- Basic technical data. Like every website, our host receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page. To stop spam, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for about one hour after you send a form; we don't store the address itself with your request.
We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a quote or website score.
- To do the work if you hire us, and to keep basic business records.
- To keep the site and forms safe from spam and abuse.
We don't add you to a newsletter or marketing list, and we don't sell, rent or trade your information.
Text messages
If you ask us to reply by text, we text you only about your request or project. We don't send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you. We never share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing.
Who helps us run this
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, stores form submissions and delivers the email notice of your request to us.
- Google provides the email inbox where those notices arrive, and serves the fonts this site uses (your browser loads them from Google's servers).
These providers process data for us under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep requests that don't turn into a project for up to 24 months, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project records as long as needed for the work and for tax and business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent. Text (470) 206-8267 or send a request through the contact form saying what you'd like, and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm it's really you first.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and form submissions are stored in access-controlled systems. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details through our forms.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them; if you think a child has sent us something, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
