Cycle Support
Include your iPhone model, iOS version and what you see, and we’ll get it sorted. Please don’t email health details we don’t need.
I bought Pro but it isn’t unlocked
Open Settings in Cycle (the “On-device” button on Today) and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Pro works on all your devices with that Apple ID.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › Cycle Pro. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and never renews.
My history didn’t come in from Apple Health
Check the Settings app › Health › Data Access & Devices › Cycle and turn on reading for Menstrual Flow and Spotting. Then in Cycle, open Settings › Import history from Apple Health.
How accurate are the predictions?
Cycle shows how confident it is next to every prediction, and that confidence is tested against real cycle histories. It gets sharper after about 3 logged cycles. If your cycles vary a lot, Cycle shows a wider window instead of a fake exact date.
I’m on birth control, pregnant or postpartum
Open Settings › Predictions and choose the matching pause. Predictions and reminders stop; logging keeps working.
How do I move my data to a new phone?
Your iPhone backup includes Cycle. You can also export a file from Settings, and if Apple Health saving is on, your logged days are in Apple Health too.
